We're a Church That's Full Of Amazing Volunteers
Ephesians 4:11-12 – “He gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.”
We’re so glad you want to get plugged in at Victory Calvary Chapel!
Our church body is passionate about fulfilling the desire of Jesus to make disciples by equipping believers for works of service.
If you attend Sunday services, you’ll have the opportunity to worship God and learn from His Word. But people who only attend services tend to miss out on a ton of what God has for them. Just sitting in chairs makes it more difficult to get to know many people and it doesn't allow you to put feet to your faith.  Church is so much more than sitting in a church service. If you want to get the most out of Victory Calvary Chapel and desire to give back to God’s kingdom, we encourage you to join a Volunteer Team.

Getting Involved
In order to use your gifts and talents to serve Jesus and His people, we encourage you to join a Volunteer Team. But first, we ask that you to attend church for 3 months, giving you time to be certain that Victory Calvary Chapel will be your home church.
Come chat with us at the "Next Step" table, located in our Foyer area. Our Connections Team will be able to answer any questions and connect you to a ministry.

Volunteer Teams
Ephesians 4:16 - “He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.”
VIP Huddles
Huddles are team gatherings that happen every Sunday morning. They are 10-15 minutes long and begin 45 minutes prior to the start of church. They are led by a Team Leader and provide a fast and efficient way to communicate any instructions necessary for executing the day’s tasks and objectives. Each huddle includes the following components:
Vision - While tasks are critical to creating an exceptional experience, true impact comes from the hearts and attitudes of the people serving. Connecting the tasks to the vision helps everyone realize that what they’re doing matters for God’s Kingdom.
Information - A few things you need to know
Prayer - Pray for each other and for the weekend
